These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the company operating the 477 port platform and all its services ("we", "Company") and any user of the platform ("you", "Member"). By creating an account on 477 port or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

The definitions of some key terms used in this document are given below:

• Member or User: A person who has completed registration on 477 port and is using the platform's services.
• Account Balance: The total amount of money currently in a member's account, calculated as the sum of deposits and winnings minus withdrawals and bets.
• Bonus Funds: Money granted under a promotional offer that cannot be withdrawn directly before the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering Requirement: The number of times a specific bonus amount must be wagered before that bonus can be withdrawn.

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account, once identified, will be permanently closed immediately.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. 477 port reserves the right to confiscate the account and all associated balances if registration is completed with false information. Each individual may create only one account; if a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.1 Login Security

Keep your account username and password strictly confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to 477 port immediately. If a third party uses your credentials to carry out any transaction, you will bear responsibility for it unless you have notified us in a timely manner.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If your mobile number, email, or payment details change from what you provided at registration, update them in your account settings right away. 477 port will not be responsible for any delayed or cancelled transactions resulting from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Single-Use Policy

Each account is for a single individual only. Transferring, renting, selling, or otherwise allowing a third party to use your account in any way is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The deposit methods currently available on 477 port are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (the same for each method).

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer — can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed or if a security review is ongoing on the account.

4.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that the money being deposited comes entirely from a legitimate source and belongs to you. 477 port reserves the right to suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities if money laundering or illegal transactions are suspected.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus amount is 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and you will need to wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

477 port regularly runs various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms:

• 477 port Weekly Reload Reward: 50% bonus on eligible weekly deposits, up to ৳5,000; 20x wagering requirement.
• Slot Festival Deposit Bonus: 75% bonus on deposits in the slots section, up to ৳8,000; 25x wagering requirement.
• 477 port Cricket Deposit Bonus: 60% bonus on deposits in the cricket betting section, up to ৳6,000; 22x wagering requirement.
• Birthday Special Gift: Up to ৳1,500; 15x wagering requirement.
• Refer a Friend Bonus Offer: Up to ৳2,000 for each successful referral; 18x wagering requirement.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonus funds are never equivalent to cash — bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. Any bonus offer must be used within a specified time limit; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — activating a new bonus while one is already running may cancel the previous one.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If an attempt to exploit the bonus system unfairly is detected (for example — multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or artificial wagering), 477 port may cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings obtained from it, and may suspend the account.

6.1 Bet Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be reversed. Please verify all information, odds, and terms carefully before placing a bet. 477 port reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds or prices due to a technical error.

6.2 Determining Results

For casino games, a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system from the game provider is used. For sports betting, results are determined from recognised international scoring sources. In the event of any dispute, the decision of 477 port will be considered final.

6.3 VIP Program

Regular members can join a VIP program divided into four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is given as a fixed percentage of net losses: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum. Eligibility to advance to a higher tier depends on account activity and usage.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be confiscated:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method.
• Placing artificial or risk-free bets for the purpose of earning bonus benefits.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using another member's information or identity.
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or cyber attack.
• Using the platform's name, logo, or brand elements without permission.

477 port reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, illegal activity, or security risks. A decision on whether to return or confiscate the balance will be made based on the severity of the violation.

10.3 Steps After Closure

If there is a valid balance after account closure, it will be returned via the registered payment method, excluding any balance arising from terms violations or unearned bonus funds.
